JOB SUMMARY
The Architect will plan and design, and/or facilitate the execution of new building designs, and plan, design and/or facilitate the execution of building expansions or renovations according to client’s needs, desires, and financial resources.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies, through consultation, clients requirements, approximate budget, timetable, and possible needs for future expansion.
- Determines client’s preferences regarding materials, styles, colors, and other variables.
- Attempts to identify through collaboration clients priorities in terms of needs vs. desires.
- Assists clients in defining their priorities and vision by preparing preliminary sketches of options.
- Prepares and presents designs, specifications, estimated costs, and proposed construction schedule.
- Creates detailed plans integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations; presents plans to clients for review and approval.
- Modifies new or existing plans as required.
- Prepares scale drawings and contract requirements and submits for bids.
- Collaborates with clients to select and award construction contracts.
- Collaborates with head builder and clients to facilitate the building process to meet client’s specifications.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe.
- Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and consultation skills.
- Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models.
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Communication and project management skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree in Architecture required, Masters Degree preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
A Fresher/Junior Architect assists Sr. Architects in the preparation of plans and specifications for the construction and/or alteration of buildings. They work under the supervision of an Architect or lead designer.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- To Interact with the client & understand client requirements.
- Prepare scheme drawings, details, sketches, 3d coordination, and area statements.
- Analyze & prepare project presentations.
- Analyze space management.
- Preparation of design development and GFC drawings.
- Converting the design to3d.
- Site visits as & when required.
- Preparation of mood board.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- The candidate should be graduate in Architecture B.Arch/B.design.
- 0-2 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Revit.
- Should be good at sketching, presentation, 3d visualization, drafting.
- Proven experience in producing high quality architectural/Interior images.
- Thorough knowledge of design stages, Working processes, and Interior Materials.

The site engineer’s responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.
To be successful as a site engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients
- Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or similar
- A driver’s license
- Experience in a similar role
- Additional certificates or licenses may be required
